Located in the Greensboro’s Friendly Center shopping area, this 20,800 sf medical office building shell was completed as a design-build project with Landmark Builders of the Triad for Atrium Health. This building will house multiple medical tenants from urgent care to a medical imaging center. Novus Architects worked with the building Owner and Design & Construction Insight’s project management team to coordinate and execute the shell portion of the project. Unique requirements included coordination of removable exterior wall assemblies for equipment installation or replacement (medical imaging) and privacy and supporting infrastructure components for an exterior patient MRI trailer.
