ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking candidates that are excited about architecture for faith-based institutions; ambitious designers eager to showcase their creativity in the built-environment. The successful candidate is someone who takes a personal interest in the goals and potential of our faith projects, works closely with the studio principal and client to bring to life the congregation’s vision for all that their church can be, and becomes an integral part of the growth and leadership of the Faith Studio.
THE NOVUS FAITH STUDIO:
Understanding how our designs will be experienced by members of the church and the community is vital to conveying our client’s style and mission in ministry architecture. We listen, observe, and tailor our design approach to the unique purpose of each church or school. With projects ranging from historical to contemporary styles, we employ all the tools and skills of our team to create environments that are both welcoming and accommodating to the needs of the congregation.
