- Site Survey: For each potential new project, we send a team of experts – architects and engineers - to ‘survey’ the building in question. We document all existing conditions by field measuring, photographing, and cataloging the key elements that might impact the project.
We document details that are often forgotten or overlooked. For example, elements like visibility from the road where we ask "will our client’s customers be able to see the building as they approach?” or behind-the-scenes elements like truck circulation where we think “will our client be able to receive shipments efficiently, or will the truck circulation around the building pose a challenge?” We ask these important questions and more to ensure our clients are as informed as possible.
- Due Diligence is Key: We provide our client with key information regarding their site – from zoning letters to roof reports to lead and asbestos analyses. This information helps our clients by equipping them with knowledge of all the variables so they can then navigate toward their desired outcome. When two or more site options are available, our clients can choose the site that makes the most sense for their needs and budget because of the information that we provide.
